Wow, I’m so happy to finally have a website where I can share my latest work and thoughts with everyone! Thanks so much to Megan Edwards for creating this awesome website and a big thanks to those who are reading my first blog!

It’s almost been a year since I made my first fondant cake — which looked like a floppy Play-Doh mess– but after many mistakes, late night baking sessions, and a couple of added LBs from testing recipes, I think I’m getting the hang of this! It truly is an amazing feeling to see a face light up at the sight of their cake. To think that I played a small part in making someone’s special day a little brighter…well that’s pretty sweet!
