I’ve been really busy this past month baking treats for just about any special occasion you can think of! Easter, bridal showers, birthdays, graduations..THE WORKS! So don’t forget to check out the updated pictures in the Window-Shop tab to see my latest work!

–A few highlights–

This is my first attempt at decorating my cupcakes with marshmallow petals! Super pretty to look at which made a lot of people not want to eat them! Trust me people, the combination of marshmallows dusted with sugary goodness was made to be consumed…its like eating PEEPS but better cause you don’t have to stare into their sad eyes…too far???

Going along with the theme of “first”, here’s my first and last attempt at doing buttercream cakes! Not sure why people charge less for this because I actually found making buttercream cakes a lot harder and more time consuming than making a fondant cake! It turned out nicely, but I would have felt more confident making this with fondant…go figure
